First and foremost, Bill Havens is a dedicated educator! 

He is also the former "Mr. Clean" of the Proctor & Gamble Company and a nationally known personality and motivational speaker. Bill has been speaking professionally and conducting workshops around the country since 1978.  His approach to motivation is unique, enthusiastic and entertaining.  His shiney, bald head is but one of many unusual visual aids used in all of his presentations... Long after the words are forgotten, the message is remembered.

Before embarking on this exciting career, Bill was a teacher and football coach, mostly a head coach at the high school level.  His team won the first two football championships in the school's history. 

He is still coaching, but in a different way...

What makes Bill stand out in his field is his ability to cross that invisible line to be both influential and powerful with students and adults alike, to the same degree.

Bill has worked in two arenas.

Bill worked in the business world, where he trained within some of America's largest corporations.  He worked mainly with frontline supervisors and employees in corporations such as Motorola, J.C. Penney Co., as well as the Military and many other organizations of all sizes.

Bill also worked in the educational arena where he conducted over 3,000 programs on motivation and drug prevention.  This alone equates to impacting over a quarter of a million students, teachers, and parents with a positive message.

With over 30 years of experience in the field of motivation, Bill compiled and developed a 12 hour workshop that is presented in a way that is appropriate for audiences at different stations in life, as well as with varied backgrounds.

In his Workshop-in-a-Book in combination with the new audio production of, "Developing Your Winner Within", Bill has provided the materials and expertise for an individual to take the entire workshop in the privacy of their own home or office, to work within their own time schedule.

An exciting aspect of this *Workshop-in-a-Book* plus audio allows a teacher or trainer to teach this same program to others.  This 12-hour workshop can be broken down into separate, individual and stand alone workshops.
